AEROZO products are presented with the greatest care. Photographs, visuals, technical descriptions, weights, equipment and specifications are provided for information purposes.
As part of a limited production run or product development, certain specifications may be adjusted without altering the bike’s primary use.
AEROZO reserves the right to modify its products, components or presentation when necessary to improve quality, availability or technical coherence.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including taxes where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown before final order confirmation. The invoiced price corresponds to the price displayed when the order is confirmed.

Preparation, dispatch and delivery times are displayed during checkout. They may vary depending on product availability, batch production, quality control and transport constraints.
The customer is invited to check the condition of the package upon receipt. Any visible issue must be reported to the carrier at delivery and to AEROZO as soon as possible.
In accordance with regulations applicable to distance selling, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their withdrawal right.

Any product showing signs of use, damage, incorrect assembly, impact or wear may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a confirmed defective product, preparation error or prior written agreement from AEROZO.
